Free and easy returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Delivery

We offer Free UK shipping on all bundles, Subscribe & Save orders, and any orders over £15. Orders under £15 are charged £2.99 for delivery. All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day and typically arrive within 1–2 working days.

Returns

We’ve made returns super easy. Simply email our team and we’ll send you a free returns label. Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery and must remain unopened and in original packaging. Once your item arrives back with us, we’ll process your refund, with funds usually appearing back in your account within 2–4 working days.
