I take probiotic supplements and prebiotic supplements on a regular basis, so these capsules combining the two makes things simpler. The suggested dosage is two per day, making this a 30-day pack.The pack arrives sealed, and the capsules seem well enough made. It’s obviously difficult to judge their efficacy, but it seems like a decent quality product so far.
60 capsules, containing 20 strains of probiotic bacteria which are beneficial to the health of your digestive system. Vegan friendly, if you consider bacteria to be plant based, and they are less hassle than eating a bio yoghurt every day if you are vegetarian for maintaining a healthy gut biome. The dose is 2 capsules per day, so 30 days worth, and the capsules are about 2cm long. I don't find them difficult to swallow, but if you find it difficult swallowing medium sized capsules, you may need to look elsewhere. At the current "spring deal" price of £7.59, they seem like reasonable value and probably cheaper than eating a bio yoghurt every day although perhaps not quite as tasty.
I haven't been using these long enough to comment on their effectiveness, but I haven't had any issues with them so far. They are standard-size capsules and are easy to swallow with water. You get a 2-month supply for £17.99, which I think is a fair price.

The pouch is completely sealed when it arrives so there are no doubts about the contents being tampered with. The capsules themselves are an easy size to swallow with a glass of water. The seller’s description says that these capsules are Vegan Friendly, Gluten Free and non GMO ingredients, but these benefits are not mentioned on the packaging, which I found a little strange. If you are in any doubt about taking these supplements, do seek medical advice first. I am pleased with these capsules and for £14.99, at the time of this review, they are good value, but I would like to see certification that they are Vegan etc, on the packaging itself. 4 stars.

Well tried the product and gave it a fair chance. While it was well presented and delivered, looked great and undamaged, there was one issue, me !. I just couldn't get used to the things and it really made me feel quite unwell. I cancelled the repeats, that was easy and let the wife try them. She seems to be doing well on them. Will see how it goes and take it from there. There is no one fix for all in this life.

Ive been taking pro/pre biotics for around 2 weeks. The main change Ive noticed is im not feeling quite so bloated. Early days so maybe not the best review

Great items and a really good price
These started to noticeably work about 4 days in; improvements in my facial skin, reduced abdominal inflammation and regulated bowel movements. The occasional stomach gurgling and passing of gas at the start but this is normal. Already recommended to others who want to address their gut health. I'll be taking these at the change of each season and when travelling.
Two a day was a lot at first and I had a couple of days of adjustment — normal for a high-strength one, I'd read — and then it settled. Six weeks in I won't go back to the cheap stuff.

Did my homework before buying — the pre + pro combo in one capsule matters because the probiotics need feeding. Most brands make you buy two products. This being one is the reason I chose it.

I've cycled through three or four probiotics and most are 10–20 billion and a handful of strains. The 100 billion and 20 strains with the prebiotic included is why I switched, and three weeks in my digestion is the most settled it's been in years.
