Targeted Strains for Women’s Microbiome
This formula contains 9 Lactobacillus strains, the dominant bacteria in the vaginal microbiome - alongside beneficial Bifidobacterium strains, helping to support a balanced intimate environment and overall gut health.
Probiotic Complex (see Nutritional Information), Prebiotic Complex (Inulin, Acacia Fibre), Cranberry Extract (50:1), Vitamin B6, Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate (Anti-caking Agent), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).
Take two capsules daily with a glass of water. Probiotics can be taken at any time of day, ideally up to 30 minutes before a meal. The most crucial factor is consistency.
