Targeted Strains for Women’s Microbiome
This formula contains 9 Lactobacillus strains, the dominant bacteria in the vaginal microbiome - alongside beneficial Bifidobacterium strains, helping to support a balanced intimate environment and overall gut health.

Take two capsules daily with a glass of water. Probiotics can be taken at any time of day, ideally up to 30 minutes before a meal. The most crucial factor is consistency - take them at the same time each day as part of your routine.
