Photo Sharing Terms

Who we are. Hybrid Health is a trading name of Elite Brand Supply Ltd, company number 14608942, Unit 1 Vision Park, Padholme Road East, Peterborough, PE1 5XP. Contact: info@hybrid-health.co.uk.

Who can take part. You must be 18 or over, live in the UK, and have bought the product in your photo from hybrid-health.co.uk. Orders placed on Amazon or other marketplaces don't qualify. One reward per customer and per household.

Your photo. It must be a clear photo of you holding a Hybrid Health product. You must be the only person in it, and you must own the photo. Please don't send photos that are edited, AI-generated, offensive, or that show other brands.

Your reward. If we approve your photo, we'll email you a single-use £15 discount code, usually within 24 hours and always within 2 working days. You can use it on one-off orders at hybrid-health.co.uk (not subscription orders) until 31 December 2026, with no minimum spend and alongside our other offers. It can only be used once and can't be exchanged for cash. Your reward does not depend on what you think of our products. We only ask for a photo, not a review.

The permission you give us. You keep ownership of your photo. You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to show your photo and first name on our website, in our emails and on our social media pages. If you tick the adverts box, this also covers our adverts. We may crop or resize your photo, but we will not change how you look, and we will not put words in your mouth or attach health claims to your photo.

How long. We may use your photo until you withdraw permission. We review photos every 3 years and remove those we no longer use.

Changing your mind. Email info@hybrid-health.co.uk at any time. We will remove your photo from our website, future emails, social pages and adverts within 14 days. We can't recall emails already sent or copies other people have shared. Any code we've already sent is yours to keep.

Our decision. We check every photo and may decline photos that don't meet these terms. We may pause or close the programme at any time. Photos already approved will still receive their code.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
