Reviews Policy

Reviews are genuine. Reviews on this site are collected by Judge.me from customers after they buy. We do not write, buy or commission reviews, and our staff and their families do not review our products.

We don't reward reviews. We never offer money, discounts or free products in return for a review.

Reviews from other sites. Where we show reviews collected on Amazon, we label them.

We publish the good and the bad. We don't hide negative reviews or edit what customers write. We only remove reviews that are abusive, spam, about the wrong product, or that make medical claims we are not allowed to publish.

Customer photos are rewarded, and we say so. Customers who share a photo of themselves with our products receive a £15 discount code. They get the same reward whatever they think of the product, and we label these photos wherever we show them. Customer photos are separate from reviews and do not affect our star ratings.

Report a problem. If you think a review or photo on our site is fake or misleading, email info@hybrid-health.co.uk and we will look into it within 5 working days.
