Too soon to report on the health effects, but there are other aspects I can comment on. They obviously care about excess packaging, as it arrived in a slender zip sealed bag. The capsules are smaller than most capsules, making them easy to swallow. It is often the case that good Q10 capsules are in smaller capsules, so that’s a benefit. They are also very streamlined, which also helps with easy swallowing. I find some supplements are very challenging in their shape or size. I do think CoQ10 is a very valuable health supplement as we find it harder to make ourselves as we get older, as I am. Mitochondria use it as fuel, they need it, and we need them to be firing on all cylinders in order for our body to work efficiently.

Firstly, I think that the current price (being a few ££s less than £20) is quite reasonable for a ubiquinol supplement like this one, with 2 month's supply. Ubiquinol (as opposed to ubiquinone) is said to be the more bioavailable form of CoQ10.As it mentioned on the packet, the ubiquinol (along with a few other ingredients including the MCT oil in which it is dissolved) is contained in soft-gels, which protect it from the air for better preservation.I cut open one of the capsules, and found it to contain a yellow oily liquid, as shown in my photos. It is slightly unusual for ubiquinol to be yellow, but the colouration probably comes from the other ingredients. It doesn't have a particularly strong or distinctive taste.Reassuringly, this product is produced to GMP standards in the UK and is 3rd party tested. As far as I know, Hybrid Health are a well established UK company producing a good selection of supplements.

These captures are easy to swallow and youngly take one of them daily. There is no particular smaller taste from them. You are getting 60 of them so it will last you for a couple of months and work out good value for money. They are easy to use and to swallow with water. I like the quality of the ingredients which provides a decent 300 mg dosage. Effective for increasing your energy levels. Good value for money with good quality ingredients that are proving to be effective. They do contain gelatin so people like vegetarians and vegans will need to look elsewhere.

There's loads of information out there which is really easy to find. They're reputed to increase energy levels and hasten recovery time, which I have noticed when taking these before.What I can tell you about these ones in particular are that they come factory sealed and well labelled. The labelling gives you dosage information and constituent ingredients and strengths. Clear, concise information, well printed on the bottle as you'd expect.They're easy to take too and I got zero aftertaste from them.All in all they seem professionally made and quite legit. There are capsules out there that offer slightly higher concentrations but they priced accordingly too. These are fairly competitive for the strengths you get, but feel free to have a search around for yourself. I'd also suggest you look around to make sure you're getting the best value for money and correct strengths.

I've been using this for fertility support as advised by my clinic but it has a variety of uses.They are very easy for me to swallow, being small soft gels which is essential for me as I've had this type of supplement before that's been larger in size and i've not been able to take them.The ubiquinol version is supposedly faster absorbing than the ubiquinone so it is my preference and I would definitely buy these again, recommended.
