Amazon isn't a fan of reviewers going over the claims of supplements so I'm steering clear of that topic. Essentially have a quick search around the www for the supposed benefits of Coenzyme Q10. There's loads of information out there which is really easy to find. They're reputed to increase energy levels and hasten recovery time, which I have noticed when taking these before.What I can tell you about these ones in particular are that they come factory sealed and well labelled. The labelling gives you dosage information and constituent ingredients and strengths. Clear, concise information, well printed on the bottle as you'd expect.They're easy to take too and I got zero aftertaste from them.All in all they seem professionally made and quite legit. There are capsules out there that offer slightly higher concentrations but they priced accordingly too. These are fairly competitive for the strengths you get, but feel free to have a search around for yourself. I'd also suggest you look around to make sure you're getting the best value for money and correct strengths.
